“We used to live near Armstrong Estates and would walk through it almost every day. Inspired by a friend who told us they were making their dream happen, we decided to call Steve Ledson just to see if we could make ours happen.  We shared pictures and described what we were looking for in a home.  Steve literally drew up the first-floor plan on a napkin!  From there, we refined the plan and then the building started.  To say the home is gorgeous is an understatement.  The quality is like nothing we have ever experienced – details that you might not realize but the totality of which make the home a work of fine craftsmanship. Steve is an artist and his sense of proportion, beauty and detail is what makes the difference.  He personally dictated various design details like mantels, mouldings and other millwork.  To underscore how much we loved working with him and the final product, we are currently in discussions with him to build another home!”

The U-shaped street ensures a quiet environs, yet it’s convenient to everything.  It’s an easy stroll to the Plaza’s restaurants and shops.  Each home’s garden was individually designed, and maintained by Ledson Properties. The development includes a community common for kid’s play and neighborhood get-togethers. I particularly appreciate that the architectural style and scale of the homes fit seamlessly within the broader residential area. The interiors feature an open living area, hardwood floors, top name appliances, and quality finishes throughout.  It’s a pleasure living here!”
